Dr. Karingula obtained his PhD majoring in Machine Learning and Data Science from University of California San Diego (UC San Diego) and his Bachelors, Masters in Communication and Signal Processing, Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay).
