His research interests are primarily in the space of cloud computing with a focus in serverless computing. Some ongoing projects include topics like video streaming, cloud databases and serverless optimization.
Somali Chaterji: Somali Chaterji is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Purdue University, where she leads the Innovatory for Cells and Neural Machines [ICAN]. ICAN specializes in developing algorithms and statistical models for IoT and edge computing on the one hand and genome engineering on the other.
