Heather Shapiro is a Program Manager for Microsoft in Cambridge, MA working on User Experience for the Azure Machine Learning Workbench application. She received her B.S. in Computer Science and Statistical Science from Duke University. Prior to her current role at Microsoft, she was a technical evangelist for the company.

Vince Lynch is CEO of IV Inc owner of IV.AI the artificial intelligence agency. He is the host of the AI Review podcast on iTunes and writes articles on machine learning for The Observer, Entrepreneur, and HuffPo. Lynch previously worked with Spotify, The Times of India, Dumbstruck, and Virgin.
